David Lauterbach presents Russ Bramley, Chairman of the Board of CHILD, Inc., a leading headstart organization, with The Kent Center’s Eleanor Briggs award. The award was given in recognition of CHILD, Inc.’s dedication of time and energy towards a shared mission of addressing the mental health needs of very young children and their families in a compassionate manner.
