  • VICE-PRESIDENT FOR COUNSELING & FAMILY SERVICES
    • The Kent Center for Human and Organizational Development (formerly, the Kent County Mental Health Center) is looking for a senior manager to lead its outpatient behavioral health programs. As Vice President for Counseling and Family Services you must be a systems thinker with solid management and clinical experience in substance abuse, mental health, trauma services and services to children, youth and families. You must be able to operate in a complex arena of managed care, contract work and fee for service.
    • A masters degree in social work or related field, licensed (or eligible) at the independent level in both mental health and chemical dependency and a minimum of five years managerial experience.

    • FAMILY SERVICE COORDINATOR – YOUTH & FAMILY
      Seeking a Family Service Coordinator to provide community based treatment.  Duties include planning meetings, linkage with community resources and advocacy. Significant life experience as a parent or family member who has been involved in juvenile corrections with specialized knowledge of and experience with the treatment system.     • PROGRAM MANAGER
      Outpatient/Integrated Addiction and Mental Health Counseling Services
      Seeking individual to be responsible for the day to day operation of programs and staff. Master’s Degree, and licensed at the independent level. Experience and credentials in substance abuse treatment is a plus. Three years of Behavioral Health experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory/managerial experience required.   • SECRETARY
    Parttime for our busy Mobile Treatment Team to provide administrative and secretarial support to a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Duties include filing, reception work, and good organizational, secretarial, computer and customer service skills necessary.
