Engaging in meaningful and productive employment is an important goal for clubhouse members. Hillgrove House provides members with vocational assessment; job training
and devlopment; and employment placement and support services.Transitional Employment: This program offers members an opportunity to enter or re-enter the competitive job market
with the support of a job coach. Transitional Employment jobs typically last six month. Supported Employment: This program is ideal for members
who seek competitive, permanent positions, yet need some ongoing support. Support is provided through job coaching both on and off the job site. Independent Employment:
Hillsgrove House helps to develop Independent Employment opportunities for those members who seek permanent positions and are ready for a more autonomous work experience.
